What to ask your guests
Ask what the day needs: The reply form always asks for each guest's name, yes, maybe or no, how many are coming and which parts of the day they will join. Add any of these as your own questions, as a choice or a short answer, and you get a count for each choice:
- Service, lunch, or both?
- How many adults and children
- Any dietary needs
When to send it
Send it three to four weeks before, and a little earlier for family who travel.
Paper invitations with a QR code
Printed cards are common for baptisms. Add the code so guests get the church map and reply in one scan. How RSVP QR codes work.
Make your baptism invitation free
One link with the details, a map, calendar buttons and RSVP that adds up the replies for you. Print the QR code on paper invitations too. No ads, no fee.
