RSVP QR code for invitations
Print one code on your paper invitations. Guests scan it with their phone camera and land on your RSVP page, and you see how many opened it and who replied, without chasing anyone.
How it works
- Make your invitation page and switch RSVP on.
- Download its QR code as a PDF for printing, or add your colours and a "Scan to RSVP" frame first.
- Print it on the invitation or a small insert card.
- Replies arrive with names, head count and notes, and you can download them as a spreadsheet.
Why a changeable code matters
The code on the card opens your page, not a fixed text. If the venue, time or dress code changes after printing, you edit the page and every printed card shows the new details. Nothing needs reprinting.
Printing tips
- Print the code at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide, and bigger if guests will scan it from across a table.
- Keep dark code on a light background. Gold foil and pale colours on cream often fail to scan.
- Add a short line under it, like "Scan to RSVP by May 31", so guests know what it is for.
- Print one test card and scan it with two different phones before printing all of them.
- Add a phone number or the short web address under the code for guests who would rather not scan.
See who opened it
Because the code is tracked, you see how many guests opened the invitation, roughly where, and which parts they read. Compare that with the replies to know when a reminder is worth sending.

Questions
Do RSVP QR codes expire?
Not on TrackFlyer. The code keeps opening your page for as long as the page exists, so cards printed months ahead keep working.
Can I change the RSVP page after printing?
Yes. The printed code opens your page, so edit the page and every card follows.
What if a guest cannot scan?
Print the short web address and a phone number under the code. Any phone camera made in the last few years scans QR codes without an app.
