What to ask your guests
Useful questions for a birthday: The reply form always asks for each guest's name, yes, maybe or no, how many are coming and which parts of the day they will join. Add any of these as your own questions, as a choice or a short answer, and you get a count for each choice:
- Can you come?
- How many in your group
- Any food allergies
- A song for the playlist
When to send it
Send it two to three weeks ahead for most parties, and four to six weeks for a milestone birthday or a party out of town.
Paper invitations with a QR code
Handing out cards at school or work? The code gets parents and colleagues to the details and the reply form without retyping a link. How RSVP QR codes work.
Make your birthday invitation free
One link with the details, a map, calendar buttons and RSVP that adds up the replies for you. Print the QR code on paper invitations too. No ads, no fee.
