What to ask your guests
For a grad party, ask: The reply form always asks for each guest's name, yes, maybe or no, how many are coming and which parts of the day they will join. Add any of these as your own questions, as a choice or a short answer, and you get a count for each choice:
- Ceremony, party, or both?
- How many are coming
- Roughly what time you will drop by, for an open house
When to send it
Send it three to four weeks before. Graduation season is crowded, so earlier is better if your date clashes with other parties.
