What to ask your guests
Short and simple: The reply form always asks for each guest's name, yes, maybe or no, how many are coming and which parts of the day they will join. Add any of these as your own questions, as a choice or a short answer, and you get a count for each choice:
- Can you come?
- How many
- Roughly what time, for an open house
When to send it
Two to three weeks ahead. Hold it once you have unpacked enough to find the glasses.
Paper invitations with a QR code
Dropping a card in the neighbours' letterboxes? The code gives them the details and a way to reply. How RSVP QR codes work.

Should I invite the neighbours?
It is a lovely way to meet them; a printed card with the code works well.
Do guests bring gifts?
Often a small one. Say "no gifts" if you prefer.
Can I share the address only with guests?
Yes, add a password to the page.
