What to ask your guests
The questions that save the organiser the most chasing: The reply form always asks for each guest's name, yes, maybe or no, how many are coming and which parts of the day they will join. Add any of these as your own questions, as a choice or a short answer, and you get a count for each choice:
- Coming for the whole weekend or one day?
- Paid the deposit yet?
- Sharing a room with?
- Any dietary needs
- Driving, and spare seats?
When to send it
Send it three to four months ahead if there is travel or a house to book, and set the deposit deadline before you have to pay the booking yourself.
Paper invitations with a QR code
Hen dos are planned on phones, so the link in the group chat is enough. Keep the code for a printed surprise card for the bride. How RSVP QR codes work.
Make your hen do invitation free
One link with the details, a map, calendar buttons and RSVP that adds up the replies for you. Print the QR code on paper invitations too. No ads, no fee.

Can I see who has paid?
Add a "Paid the deposit?" question and you see the yes and not yet count. Payment itself happens outside the page, by bank transfer as usual.
Can I keep it secret from the bride?
Yes. Only people with the link can open the page, and you can add a password too.
Does it work for a stag do?
Yes, it is the same page. See the stag do page for ideas.
