What to ask your guests
Ask what the bookings need: The reply form always asks for each guest's name, yes, maybe or no, how many are coming and which parts of the day they will join. Add any of these as your own questions, as a choice or a short answer, and you get a count for each choice:
- Arriving Friday or Saturday?
- Joining the activity? (numbers for the booking)
- Paid yet?
- Staying in the house or making your own plans?
When to send it
Send it three to four months ahead for a weekend away and six to eight weeks ahead for a night out at home.
Paper invitations with a QR code
Not needed for most stag dos. The link in the group chat does the job. How RSVP QR codes work.
Make your stag do invitation free
One link with the details, a map, calendar buttons and RSVP that adds up the replies for you. Print the QR code on paper invitations too. No ads, no fee.

Can I get numbers for the go-karting booking?
Yes. Add a question like "Joining the karting?" and you get the count.
Will the groom see it?
Only if someone sends him the link. Add a password to be sure.
